Hello,

We are having an issue with the membership plugin.  When a new member registers, they can not see the member’s page.  This is a new issue and we are unsure how to fix it.  Can you assist us with this…

Hi,

What view they encounter ? They are redirected or how ?

Did you have the child theme activated ? if yes switch off and test again.
Did you had changed overwritten any buddypress templates in child ?
Make sure to have all things updated WP, theme and plugins.
