login pop up not redirecting users

I am having an issue where by users cannot access our site.   Once a user attempts to login with  their credentials it simply hangs and does not log the user in.

Hello, have you tried to deactivate some plugins and test again?
Did this happen recently? What was your last change?

The last change was the rocket plugin that was deactivated and removed. Other than that we made no changes.

Hello, maybe it left something behind, can you check your .htaccess and wp-config.php? I tried to login to your ftp but couldn’t
Let me know if there is any unusual content or related to the rocket plugin, if not, then we can move on

Do you have the latest version of WordPress ? If not update those

Do you have the latest version of Kleo theme ? If not update those

Do you have the latest version of plugins installed ? If not update those

If you de-activate all plugins it works ? if yes enable back plugins one by one to identify what causes this.

If you de-activate the child theme it works ?
