ParticipantHi,
Recently, login link created in menu -> kleo-> login does not open login modal instead it opens wp-login.php. Link has CSS class “kleo-menu kleo-login-nav”. Button with class “see-through kleo-show-login” is working perfect!
Can you please help me.
Many thanks in advance!

ParticipantHi @Radu,
yes, it was Wordfence that blocked you (I guess you are from Romania). I unblocked you and you are ok to investigate further. Let me express my gratitude for your help which is invaluble. Since I am no coder this is beyond my knowledge to track (debug) issue.
Many thanks for your support,

ModeratorWell, it seems you have some sort of wp-login.php htaccess protection that setup wrong, you should set such restriction/protection just on your wp-admin area, not the wp-login.php which is part of the login system, so your login system won’t work with it protected.
Please remove that protection and after that I can help you setup your popup. You just have to go into your menus, and from the Kleo section you have to add the “Login” link to your menu. If you already did that and it still doesn’t work then means that you have another plugin or modification that changes the menu behaviour that our theme tried to add.
Please let me know how it goes.

ParticipantDear @Andrei,
many thanks for advise. I believe I might have something in .htaccess file that would cause such problem or a plugin like hide-my-wp (even thuough I disabled wp-admin rename, for now). What I was trying to say is that “see-through kleo-show-login” is working perfectly while “kleo-menu kleo-login-nav” does not work. In attached pictures you can see a link when hover over commands. I kindly ask you to look at them. Do you think, by your professional opinion, that button would work and menu item would’t? I don’t know.
I am kindly asking you to check (debug) and if you see something that may cause a problem, I will be very pleased. If you can’t find it then I will go step by step eliminating every phrase in .htaccess.
You can use credentials above to login if needed or I can send you FTP credentials as well.
Many thanks and sorry to bother you,
AndrejBTW, I hope you don’t mind sending private replies, but I am no coder and might say something stupid/akward. I will post solutions and findings publicly for everyone to see. Don’t worry 🙂

ModeratorThe default menu could not work if you have any plugins which are re-written the menu functionality and which might remove the custom output of the kleo-show-login class. You can also try to manually add that class to your menu item which should do the same.
Let me know if you manage to make it work. Cheers
