Login/Register Questions

1. For some reason when someone tries to click the register button it takes you to a different page thats on my site not to actually register. How do i fix this?

2. When you login it directs you to the wordpress dashboard. How do i make it just take you into site.

3. Last and probably most important question do you guys have an option in this template/theme where you can basically set it up block people from the site until they login. (Its a social community based site)

Also towards question 3 if there isn’t anything in KLEO to do this i know theres a plugin called private content that would have its own login or something i guess. Would this work to lockout all the Kleo pages since some of them are not actually seen in the Pages tab on dashboard?

Hi,

1. Please go to Settings – Buddypress – Pages and check you mapped page for the register component.

2. that happens just for you, the admin. also if you are doing the login from the popup then you can choose to just refresh the current page at login. See Theme options – Miscellaneous

3. you can do that with the membership plugin, Paid membership Pro and you will have a new tab on Theme options – Memberships

thank you huge help just one last question. Is there a way where the homepage shows different things for when your logged in vs logged out?
