    Dear Kleo-Team,

    after saving some changes in the themes options, my Logo and Favicon disappeared from my website and I’m not able to change it in the theme options.

    Your help is highly appreciated.

    Hi,

    So it seems you have a fair amount going on with your site, it could be coming from a lot of different places, I also see a lot of 404 errors in the console when I am in the backend. Could you please try the following (clearing web and browser caches for each step) and test for each step:

    – Reupload a clean copy of KLEO to the /wp-content/themes/KLEO/ folder
    – Switch to KLEO parent theme
    — If the issue does not persist when you switch to the parent theme please make a backup of your KLEO Child theme customizations, remove them all and then add them back one by one until you find the issue.
    – Update PHP version to 7.X.X
    – Disable all plugins, if the issue does not continue with all plugins deactivated please enable one by one until you find the plugin causing the issue.
