logout button doesn’t work

Hello,

logout button doesn’t work. I tested on Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. It return back page “404 Not Found”.

Hi,

It looks like you’re using a plugin or snippet to restrict backend access (wp-admin etc) disabling this and clearing your cache(s) should restore the functionality.

Hello,
I disabled all plugins that did not come with Sweet date. They are 1. Quiz And Survey Master
2.WP Statistics

Now all activated plugins are 1. bbPress 2.BP Profile Search 3.BuddyPress 4.Elementor
5. Paid Memberships Pro 6.rtMedia for WordPress, BuddyPress and bbPress
7. Slider Revolution 8.WooCommerce 9.WordPress Importer

Another problem that I am experiencing (It may related to early problem.) I can not Import Buddypress profile fields. When click “mport Buddypress profile fields” button. It shows popup message “Could not import. Please make sure you have Buddypress installed and activated.” as shown in screenshot. Although Buddypress is installed and activated. I also tested by disabling and reactivating Buddypress, bbPress, BP Profile Search individually and all together but no result.

Hi,

Are you using the SweetDate Child theme? If so, do you have any content in functions.php? If you do, please make a backup of this file and remove any code you have added to see if this resolves your issue. Clear your cache(s) before testing (Ctrl+F5).

Hi,

User can logout now. For testing purpose, the inactivated plugins are:
1. bbPress
2. Quiz And Survey Master
3. WP Statistics

But, still I can not Import Buddypress profile fields. When click “Import Buddypress profile fields” button. It shows popup message “Could not import. Please make sure you have Buddypress installed and activated.”

Hi,

I logged into your site and was able to import the BuddyPress profile fields. You can see your profile fields by going to WP Admin > Users > Profile Fields.
