LOGOUT LINK REDIRECTS TO HOMEPAGE AND DOESN’T LOGOUT

Hello, I have an issue with the logout button which actually doesn’t work and everytime when I click on it, it redirects to the homepage and doesn’t work. I have one other plugin called Membershop Pro which allows me to logout if I logout from it. That plugin is compatible with BuddyPress and there was no issue in it but since the last day, it is not allowing me to logout using the logout link in the buddypress menu.

Please also mention how may I change the buddypress menu?

Furthermore, when I click on the password reset option, it send the email correctly with the token but when I click on the link, it redirects to the main page. Is there any possibility to change the form, as I am interested to use another login form to appear and if that can be done then it would be easier for me to adjust everything. I am ok with the registration for but only wants to replace the login form using the shortcode of another plugin.
