hey updated theme lost the whole landing page revaloution slider not displaying infact everything has just changed , my logo the landing picture all my Facebook twitter links pinnterest everything ,restored website from back up on server and still nothing ????????? whats happening here

Hi, I don’t know what to say since I can’t see what is happening. Please always provide links to your site. On a theme update the database is not affected so probably it is another cause

You maybe activated the child theme and you need to create the theme settings again. Your members are still there so I don’t think data loss is the case

Is there a easy way to do this as I paid a programmer to set up the site . I haven’t activated child theme

If you have a database backup you can try to restore it, otherwise do the settings from Sweetdate manually. As I said those setting should not be lost on theme update and it is probably related to some changes you did

im struggling here I’ve tried to restore page nothing if i pass on the log in details can you restore site ?

It has nothing to do with the pages. Just make the theme options again if you don’t have a backup since as I told you on update the database remains untouched.

ok thanks I’ve finialy had the time to play about with it and get some of the setting back but i can’t get the sign up box back pls have another look http://www.arabesdating.com , where is this setting

Also I’ve noticed on mobile platforms it’s not appearing as it does on PC ???

the register button appears automatically if you enabled registration from Settings – General

thanks slowey I’m managing to retirive sight seems very clitchy not as good as used to be , ok mobile sight not working ,and how can i get age profile on the search box can’t figure it out ,

Age to show on home search -> Sweetdate – Buddypress, choose it from the profile fields and then set it as Age range
