hey updated theme lost the whole landing page revaloution slider not displaying infact everything has just changed , my logo the landing picture all my Facebook twitter links pinnterest everything ,restored website from back up on server and still nothing ????????? whats happening here
Hi, I don’t know what to say since I can’t see what is happening. Please always provide links to your site. On a theme update the database is not affected so probably it is another cause

You maybe activated the child theme and you need to create the theme settings again. Your members are still there so I don’t think data loss is the case

@ SeventhQueen we do our best to have super happy customers. Thanks for being our customer.If you have a database backup you can try to restore it, otherwise do the settings from Sweetdate manually. As I said those setting should not be lost on theme update and it is probably related to some changes you did

It has nothing to do with the pages. Just make the theme options again if you don’t have a backup since as I told you on update the database remains untouched.
