Lost crop functionality on profile photo

Hi everyone
I’ve been on a caching, minifying, and heartbeart disabling spree for a long while and have just discovered the cropping functionality has disappeared from the New Profile Photo item on user profiles.

If your cropping functionality works great, and you can figure out what queries or calls are enabling it to function, please let me know so I can get mine back up and running.

Okay, it’s back up.
Possibly a javascript issue, possibly rtmedia…
