My hosting account expired , I realized it and resolved it the next day. When I logged into my Sweet Date WordPress, all the progress that I have previously made was somehow reverted back to default. Can I somehow get my work recovered? How can I prevent this from happening again?
Hello, that depends if your hosting deleted your database or reverted it to default, the theme doesnt do that by itself, please ask your hosting provider if they have any backup of your database and files
