Lost password page not working

hello, for some reason when installed, the lost password section is not working, the page is not in their,

please help,

Hi,

First we need to find out what causes this, in most cases this types of issues are caused by some plugin, please disable all plugins and then check if the forgot pass it works, then enable plugins back one by one and after plugin activation check to see if the forgot link it works, do same thing until you find the problematic plugin and let me know

Hey Radu,

Just tried as suggested, deactivated plugins and one by one checked, so even when all plug ins were off the lost password was still broken, maybe their is no file ?

please help

If you disable child theme the issue disappears ? if no please disable child theme and all plugins and check again.

i think i am on child theme? i am not sure how to go to the main page, without breaking the website,

please help.

Hi,

You can disable the child theme by activating the parent theme, by before this operation please make a theme settings backup from wp-admin -> theme options -> import/export -> download data file

Upload the attached file after you will unzip it to wp-content/themes/kleo-child/page-parts/

Then look on line 24 for

COPY CODE

    <img src="https://cdn.seventhqueen.com/sq-support/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/sq-logo-black.png">

and replace with your image url
