Main Navigation Menu Disappears on Small Monitors

Hi, I’m having an issue where when you don’t have the browser window at full width or are on a smaller monitor or mobile device, the main navigation disappears and doesn’t leave behind the mobile navigation button. I’ve attached a screenshot.

Styling Options -> Header -> Text Color

This should not be white with a white background. The mobile menu does appear, I just couldn’t see it!
