maintenance mode wont come off

i recently enabled the maintenance mode on the kleo theme, now when i try to disable it every page works but when i go on my home page it still shows “we are in maintenance mode” please help very frustrating.

please note i have tried to reset the section and also enabled and tried to turn it off but still no change.
