make changes in Profile Header

Hi there,

I want to make some changes with the profile header.
I know the file name with path but do not know how to over-ride this file.  – http://prnt.sc/d71kb0

 

I have attached a screenshot for this, please have a look and let me know.

At the moment, a public message from my profile is being set as the status in my header which is wrong actually, that should include everything but a public message.

Hey Laura, thanks for reply.

But that is not what I need.

Suppose I am sending you a public message, you will be notified that I have sent you a message that is right but that message will be set as the status there in the profile header.

So I want to code that function with some code so it will ignore the public message to show there.

Please help me with this.

Hello, the header shows the activity posts, they are not actually messages but public posts everyone can see, even if you hide it there.
Its better to hide it using that code than to edit theme files.
If you are not talking about that element, please send me a screenshot of the element
