Make Header Border Sticky

How can I keep the border of the header even when it gets scaled down?
Also if I move my courser over the the Revolution Slider, the font in the header somehow get altered and looks quite odd. You can check it out here: http://community.ijcdevelopment.com/

Hi,

Add this css to your theme options -> general settings -> quick css

COPY CODE

.kleo-main-header.header-normal.header-scrolled {
    border-bottom: 3px solid red;
}
