Making photo a required field

Hi,

1. I’ve looked around, but I cannot seem to find this. Is there a way to make the photo a required part of a new account?

2. When a member is upgraded to a different level by myself in the user profile, I (and the member) both receive an email notifying them that the site administrator has made an upgrade. Where can I edit that outgoing message please?

Hello, all emails can be edited at the Email section of the admin dashboard.
For the photo, try https://buddydev.com/plugins/bp-force-profile-photo/

I don’t see that particular email in the “emails” list?

The email that is being sent out is:

An administrator at Potatoes and Rice has changed a membership level for ***.

The new level is VIP.
