1. I’ve looked around, but I cannot seem to find this. Is there a way to make the photo a required part of a new account?
2. When a member is upgraded to a different level by myself in the user profile, I (and the member) both receive an email notifying them that the site administrator has made an upgrade. Where can I edit that outgoing message please?

ModeratorHello, all emails can be edited at the Email section of the admin dashboard.

The email that is being sent out is:
An administrator at Potatoes and Rice has changed a membership level for ***.
The new level is VIP.

ModeratorHello, this is the article they have for customizing emails https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/documentation/member-communications/customizing-email-templates/ but sadly it requires an account and we don’t have any. Paid Memberships pro support is paid
