Hello. I purchased the full version of Sweet Date with the full intention of making a dating site for a specific state. When you install the theme it has a “Choose country” and “Choose City” option. Is there anyway to make it to where the united states is automatic and no longer an option and limit the city options to a certain state? I really hope there is or at least I hope you can work with me to make it that way. Otherwise I’m pretty screwed. Also I’m pretty new to this so please explain it to me like I have absolutely no idea what I’m doing. I spent $3,000 for this theme so please help me. Thank you!

Hello, do not worry i am here to help you 🙂
For the country, if you go to Users > Profile fields and find the Country field, edit it and select USA as default 🙂
For city you can use the dropdown type field and add each city that you want to appear 🙂
For the sign up issue try adding the plugin BP Disable Registration Reloaded

Hello! I had one of your developers install the theme for me and they set my personal email address as my username and now I can’t change it. Is there anyway for me to change this? I definitely don’t want people to message my personal email when they see my account. I wanted the admin account that I use to edit/moderate to just say “admin” as the username. thanks!

Hello, you should not have admin as username ,is not secure.
Please do the following: Go to Users > New and create your desired user, MAKE SURE TO SET IT AS ADMINISTRATOR ROLE
then save, now you can use that user.
If you want to delete the old one, delete it and a screen will appear, you need to choose the new admin user to assign all the contents to that one so you dont lose them

If you prefer i can do this for you if you share admin credentials

It won’t let me delete the original Administrator account I have on there. I would love your help if you could do it for me I would greatly appreciate it. I created an account on there called “Ryfi” that I would like to make the main admin account. I took your advice and made one without the name “admin”. My site is http://www.wyomingitez.com my admin credentials are currently: USRNM: rypi121@gmail.com PSSWRD:bVM5S3mqnmpKDDl5$%o*@g37

It’s a little unrelated but could you also remove the comments that appear at the bottom of the page that say things like “Absolutely amazing! This was more than worth the purchase! Great job, and thanks for your amazing work!”

Also last thing for now. I’m going to need to hire one of your developers to make it to where base accounts or non-paid members don’t have the option to add public comments/add friends etc. I have restricted them from private messaging but it wouldn’t really make sense for me to have a subscription if a free member can still talk to people via public message :P. I really appreciate your guys help like always! thanks so much! ~Ryan Roberts

Hello, try to login with the new admin then delete the old admin, remember to assign all content to the new admin when the screen appears 🙂
About updates its very easy, you will find the section at Sweetdate > Misc
At your themeforest account, at settings, find API Keys and copy it then paste your username and api at sweetdate section
