I’ve changed the default profile fields translation in Uomo (Man) and Donna (Woman). but in main page i see 3 users online but 0 men and 0 women

for example if i put this statement [kleo_status_icon type=”men_online” subtitle=”Uomini online”] i see Zero

with this one [kleo_member_stats field=”Io sono” value=”Uomo” online=”yes”] i see 2 (right count) but i do not have icon associated and char is small.

how i could solve this little problem?

I’ve noticed also another bug. If a user is not logged in the “total online” counts 0 while to logged in members gives the correct value.

    Hi,

This seems to be a cache issue,

Please clear all caches from W3 Total Cache.

    Let me know

    Cheers

    Hi,

The problem with women men online was caused by renaming the fields names, you have renamed from men to Uomo and women to Donna

Now is running this code and it displays women/men ‘s online, please make sure that when you made test disable cache and empty your browser cache.

    [kleo_status_icon type="total" subtitle="Utenti Iscritti"] [kleo_status_icon type="members_online" subtitle="Utenti Online"] [kleo_status_icon type="Donna" subtitle="Donne online"] [kleo_status_icon type="Uomo" subtitle="Uomini online"]

    Cheers

    Hi,

Please make sure to have names and values of the fields identically like in wp-admin -> users -> profile fields (uppercase sensitive) this can be the cause 99%, check the field names and the fields values. IF you cannot figure out provide admin credentials and URL in a private reply to can take a look

    Cheers
