manually updating out of date wooCommerce template files, since 3.0 update

I did a silly thing and updated wooCommerce to 3.0.  🙁    Now my Shop display isn’t functioning correctly and wooCommerce system status is telling me that files are out of date.  I know when Kleo is updated it will be fixed automatically, but I need to fix this for my client as soon as possible.

Is it safe to update these files manually using the master versions from: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/tree/release/3.0/templates ?

How long before Kleo is updated?
