Many icons missing when using shortcode.

When using the shortcake to display an icon:

Text box -> KLEO -> Content Elements -> Icon

Produces a shortcode that works for several icons, like heart, but not others like network, or trophy. Is this a bug, or does this just only work with select icons? If the latter do you have a list of what icons are coded to work with the shortcode and/or how to show one not included.

Can you please create a page with that elements to can see/investigate your described behaviour ?

Although I just sent the login credentials, the issue I am having is on the welcome screen you are redirected too. There you will see the word: Celebrate. There should be a symbol above it.

Also, as a secondary firewall, the site does require that you upload a photo before you can go any further. I can take over your account and do this for you if you like.

Hi Radu,

Yes I can get them with the icon visual element, just not your companies short codes. If it doesn’t work thats fine. I just thought it was a bug that might have an easy fix.

COPY CODE

you should use

COPY CODE

   <span class="vc_icon_element-icon fa fa-trophy"></span>

or

COPY CODE

   <span class="fa fa-trophy"></span>
