Mass email to all users

I have more than 22k users i want to send a mass email to all of them, i just converted my website from joomla to wordpress and bbpress, so what can i do to send all users?
i tried
mass email http://wordpress.org/plugins/mass-mail/installation/
Sitewide newsletter http://wordpress.org/plugins/sitewide-newsletter/

but non worked

You might want to consider a dedicated mass mailing platform since your server will get blacklisted if not sending emails right and also you hosting provider might ban you.
Any newsletter plugin should do the job. do tests with a small groups of emails you own to see if the emails go and if they don’t then is probably a configuration problem
