Mass uploading users by CSV

Im trying to upload a CSV file of users to my site. But once I upload the user is created but the about fields on the profile are blank and has user name and nothing else. What am I doing wrong?

I got all the correct fields from a test member I made and exported the CSV file to get the correct column fields etc.

Hi Liam,

Hope that you understand that this is not related to our theme and it’s totally out of our priorities, so this would be probably a custom job.

There are a lot of plugins out there that might help you but if you can’t manage to do it by yourself then you’ll probably need to hire a developer for this job.
