Hello, have you tried to contact the max mega menu plugin author to see if its a known bug or if they know how to fix it? because we have more experience with our themes than with other plugins, just let me know if they can help you

its working on other themes, I have disabled all the plugins and cleaned database, and started afresh, the problem is not with Max mega Menu…
