Media – Error 404 – Page not found

Hi. I have problem with media. it just doesn’t work. When i am trying to upload picture on ma wall (Activity) nothing is happening. If i am trying to click on “Media” icon on my profile, there is info “Error 404 – Page not found”. What should i do ?
