Media Gallery CSS problems

Hi there,

I am trying to figure out why the media gallery look like in my screenshot and also why I do not have the video thumbnails displaying on the list ?

I am using rtMedia FFMPEG, the conversion works and the video thumbnails are generated (I can see them into the video player).
