Hello,
On certain groups , I would like to prevent users from adding media. When I create a group, I select “only admin can create album” but it doesn’t work. Users still can add media on the group.
What should I do?
July 12, 2016 at 18:31 #128945RaduModeratorHi,
I’ve tried and i confirm this, but i’ve switched to default wordpress theme twenty sixteen and same issue is occurred, it seems that this issue is not related to the Kleo theme and it’s seems to be related to the rtMedia.
You can report this on they forum support.

When someone get logged, he automatically lands on a 404 error page. How do we change the logging landing page ?
Thank you!
August 4, 2016 at 17:07 #131350RaduModeratorHi,
You can use this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/redirect-after-login/screenshots/ but please set to default all redirect options from our theme from wp-admin -> theme options -> miscellaneous -> Default wp redirect and homeredirect -> default
Cheers

But we have another issue: when we lost the password, we are redirect on a 404 error page. This page URL is “http://www.ordiges.com/community/lost-password/” but we can’t find the page called “lost-password” nowhere, so it can’t be modified. Do you know how to fix that? Thanks in advance!

Thanks to your advice I managed to redirect to a page we have created but this is a blank page. I guess there is a direct redirection to a lost password page; where people land and are able to change it on their own, just like in every website. Can you indicate me where to find it please?
Thank you very much
August 8, 2016 at 18:39 #131666RaduModeratorHi,
An very easy for to show the field that reset the password it’s to paste this #kleo-lostpass-modal at the end of every url of your site example : http://www.ordiges.com/community/#kleo-lostpass-modal or http://www.ordiges.com/community/recovery-pass#kleo-lostpass-modal you can made a link that links to this pop-up from example
COPY CODE<a href="http://www.ordiges.com/community/#kleo-lostpass-modal">Click here to reset the pass</a>
Let me know if it’s ok like this
Cheers

I am truly sorry but I don’t understand what you mean. Could you explain in other words please?
Thanks
J.August 9, 2016 at 19:06 #131807RaduModeratorHi again,
Accessing links with #kleo-lostpass-modal in url should display the lost pass pop-up, but for some reason on your site it doesn’t work.
To can have lost pass page active you should activate woocommerce plugin and to associate a my account page like here :
wp-admin -> woocoomerce -> settings -> accounts ->
The access http://www.ordiges.com/community/my-account/lost-password
That’s all
