media not appearing on activity stream

Whenever I try to post an image or media file to my activity stream nothing happens.

The text included in the post appear but the not image. I checked all the setting not sure what the issue is.

Images uploads have stop working for me again. Not sure what the issues is or why this problem continues to reoccurs.

I would love to find a permanent solution.

Ok thanks so much Laura – I tried the fix for wpengine it works but it’s very choppy and glitchy.

Hi Sent a response to your thread about 4 days ago still no response.

But Regardless I just got went through this issue thoroughly with WPengine thought it was a cache or plugin issue. But it’s turning out to be a something related to the theme.

If you guys could please help that would great because this issue is just becoming a huge headache.

I’ve given an closer look and it seems that everything works just fine:

WPEngine hosts are well known regarding it’s issues with cache or aggressive security and in the given case the activity uploads are managed by the rtMedia plugin. If you still continue to encounter issues with the uploads display I recommend you to contact rtMedia support, maybe there is some sort of known issue regarding WPEngine hosts.

Hi,

I see that you have tested this with one image. Try uploading multiple images in one session and you will see what I mean. Thats when its start to get a but buggy. Items taking very long to upload and sometime duplicates.

Like I mentioned I went through this issue thoroughly with Wpengine. The problems stopped once I switched over to the Twenty15 theme. I also went through the rtmedia forum.

Can I give you my login so you may test the issue internally.
