Hi,
I have looked at your site and it seems that the issue is somewhat intermittent. Does your host give you access to staging? If so I think you will need to copy your site into staging and do a plugin disable test. You need to disable all plugins that did not come bundled with KLEO, this includes any add-ons for plugins that did come bundled with KLEO, WooCommerce Stripe Gateway for example.
Once these plugins have been disabled you should purge your browsers cache completely (except for form data and passwords) by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Del and test both issues again.
If you do not have access to staging you should make a full backup of your sites files and database and try the above mentioned tests.
