Media tab profile page

Actually, my community is a photographic commnunity, so we don’t need no videos or audio contents. For this reason, I would like tho change, in personal profile page, the icon and the text of media folder putting a custom icon and renaming it “Portfolio”, can someone explain me how to do that? Thanks a lot in advance
