Media thumbs do not appear on activity stream

Hello

When me as admin or any other member upload photos or other media (rtmedia plugin), their thumbnails do not appear on activity stream but only their filenames. Is it Kleo theme’s issue or Rtmedia’s?

Do you have the latest version of WordPress ? If not update those

Do you have the latest version of Kleo theme ? If not update those

Do you have the latest version of plugins installed ? If not update those

If you de-activate all plugins it works ? if yes enable back plugins one by one to identify what causes this.

If you de-activate the child theme it works ?

Hello again

Do you have the latest version of WordPress ? = Yes, 4.8
Do you have the latest version of Kleo theme ? = Yes, 4.2.7
Do you have the latest version of plugins installed ? = Yes

If you de-activate all plugins it works ?
If you de-activate the child theme it works ?

As for the last two questions, half of the plugins come with Kleo theme (buddypress,bbpress,rtmedia,contact form 7, visual composer,slider revolution). I don’t find a reason to “break down” my site in order to test something that should be working.

As it is of no critical importance to me I have no reason to make any further tests or enquiries. Please close this ticket.
