Mega Menu option disappeared

We used to use Mega Menu and after changing a menu link it’s disappeared with no option in the menus page at all to turn it back on for the links.

I didn’t think the mega menu is handled by a plugin? We have never installed a plugin to provide mega menu, it came as a feature with the theme.
