Member count wrong

Hello,

I have been trialling a site using your superb Kleo theme and have been testing with accounts which are self generated and with real live testers.

My problem is that the number of members showing up on the directory has always been incorrect. At the moment I have five users including myself but it says there are 7. No matter what I do it always reports a higher figure, by 2, than that of active users. I have deleted users, getting down to 3, but it reports 5.

I have run through a few database optimisations, checked the db directly, deleted all users apart from myself, deactivated plugins, used the BuddyPress option to rebuild user count, all to no avail.

Is there something I am missing / overlooking which may reset this user count to show the correct figure?

Hello, the user counts based on activity, so, if some of your users never logged in, it wont count, are you sure all have at least 1 login counted?

Hi. All current users have logged in, I’m logging user activity.

I only have 5 users in total, non pending or trashed. All active and logged in at least once. Yet it still says 7.

Hello, i did not find the source of the problem, using another theme do you see the same issue or just with kleo? If you want i can help you hiding the number
