Member Grid: display nicknames instead of real names

I am using the Member Grid on my homepage but it is displaying the real names of my users rather than their username. How can I make sure that on this page — and the entire site, for that matter — that the real names are not displayed and only the user’s chosen username? Thanks!

I don’t want to display real names; I want to display the usernames, which should be the default. But for some reason, they are appearing as the real names now.
