Member list like friends

Hi guys, I was wondering if there is any way to add a subnav menu in :
1 – <ul class=”responsive-tabs”> <id=”friends-personal-li”> who shows all site’s members(like friends);
2 – <ul class=”responsive-tabs”> <li id=”groups-personal-li”> who sho’s all site’s group (like my groups);
Maybe you have a better idea looking attached file.

You wouldnt do that with Kleo. You need to add new screens using buddypress functions: https://codex.buddypress.org/developer/function-examples/core/bp_core_new_nav_item/
