Member page listing layout issue

Hi, some long names, or other reasons members listing has the following issue. How can i get rid of the empty spaces, and make them all in line. (like pinterest i guess?)

 

This looks very ugly and sure there is a fix

i fixed it now. Guys hope this sort of issues doesnt happen offen as noone has time to go over the support forum digging a solution while a live site crushes. Here in case anyone updates the buddypress and recieves 500 error, how to fix it for Kleo theme: https://buddypress.org/support/topic/fatal-error-on-a-buddypress-2-6-0-upgrade/#post-255063
