    Hi,

    I updated the theme using Kaleidoscope (meaning, I downloaded the latest theme file from themeforest, made the necessary changes through Kaleidoscope and uploaded the new theme file through FTP).However, after the update the ‘members’ and ‘groups’ pages are not working, they do not list the members or the groups of the site.

    (Please see the attached file- Üyeler means Members, normally when you hit Members, all the members in the site were showing as a list but now nothing is shown as you can see. Same thing for the groups)

    And also there are submenus under the Activity (My Activity and Site Wide Activity) and Groups (My groups and All Groups) menus on the top, but when the cursor comes to that area nothing shows, the sub menus are gone.

    When I upload the previous version of the theme, these problems mentioned above goes away.

    Could you help me with that?

    Addition to the previous post: Besides from the members and groups lists are not showing, anything on the site that should be listed is not showing, e.g messages, the users who are following etc.

    To simplify:
    http://www.sitename.com/members –> page opens but not showing the members list (“showing x number of groups” indication is visible)
    http://www.sitename.com/groups –> page opens but not showing the groups list
    http://www.sitename.com/members/username/messages –> page opens but not showing the messages
    http://www.sitename.com/members/username/following –> page opens but not showing the list of followers

    By the general logic, the root of the problem should be the same but I don’t have enough knowledge to determine the root of the problem and solve it.

    Do you have any idea or can you give me some details on where to look for that problem, i.e which file? This is kind of a urgent problem so if you can look into it, really appreciate it.

    I see several problems

    1 – You havent updated K-elements.

    2 – You havent updated Visual Composer

    3 – You have only allocated 40mb to WordPress

    I gave you a link that explains how to update. Please read it and follow the directions. I can not help you until you have updated since Kleo 2.4.1 will not work correctly with those old versions of the plugin. If you still have the issues after updating, then I will help.

    I updated the K elements through the Wp dashboard but as for the visual composer I can not seem to succeed.

    Re-download the theme from Themeforest. You will find the .zip archive under the main package downloaded from Themeforest under Plugins folder.

    There is no plugins folder or anything related to visual composer for that matter in the theme file.

    members show just fine

    search works fine

    Ok this is weird. As much as it is a huge relief to see the site works (thank you for that) I still see the not working version of the site. I cleared all the cached content, made a master flush within the server and still no luck. Do you have any idea as to what am I doing wrong here?

    Yes I did. I was using chrome and now I checked with Safari and still no luck. Could that be related to the ios I am using?

    Did you log in with the same account you gave me to use? Maybe it has something to do with one of the many plugins you have installed. I dont know. I cant really help beyond what I’ve already done.

    If there is a problem with the plugins shouldn’t you also see the same problem? How is it possible that you see a full page working and I dont? This doesnt make any sense.

    You proving that it works does not solve my problem, because I still see the same problem. I tried on different browsers, different computers but still got the same result. I can not understand how you got another result. I tested the site with the same username I gave you, no change at all. What is different that you use and see than me in this case?

    Ok I got it, it works on your side. But it needs to work here too. Where should I look to find the solution, any ideas? I mean is this about the site, plugins or the server? i have to narrow it down in order to find the solution.

    I dont know. That’s my point. Have you tried disabling all the extra plugins? Have you tried from different network? Have you looked for errors in your server log?

    Just because you cleared the cdn, maybe the cdn that is serving files to your location didnt get cleared but the one serving my location did.

    Its nearly impossible for me to guess what the problem is if I cant reproduce it on my side.

    I disabled all the plugins and then enabled them one by one, it seems that the w3 Total Cache minify settings were messing with the site. I changed the settings and now the site works fine. Thanks for your advice and help.
