Hi,
I updated the theme using Kaleidoscope (meaning, I downloaded the latest theme file from themeforest, made the necessary changes through Kaleidoscope and uploaded the new theme file through FTP).However, after the update the ‘members’ and ‘groups’ pages are not working, they do not list the members or the groups of the site.
(Please see the attached file- Üyeler means Members, normally when you hit Members, all the members in the site were showing as a list but now nothing is shown as you can see. Same thing for the groups)
And also there are submenus under the Activity (My Activity and Site Wide Activity) and Groups (My groups and All Groups) menus on the top, but when the cursor comes to that area nothing shows, the sub menus are gone.
When I upload the previous version of the theme, these problems mentioned above goes away.
Could you help me with that?

To simplify:
http://www.sitename.com/members –> page opens but not showing the members list (“showing x number of groups” indication is visible)
http://www.sitename.com/groups –> page opens but not showing the groups list
http://www.sitename.com/members/username/messages –> page opens but not showing the messages
http://www.sitename.com/members/username/following –> page opens but not showing the list of followersBy the general logic, the root of the problem should be the same but I don’t have enough knowledge to determine the root of the problem and solve it.
Do you have any idea or can you give me some details on where to look for that problem, i.e which file? This is kind of a urgent problem so if you can look into it, really appreciate it.

1 – You havent updated K-elements.
2 – You havent updated Visual Composer
3 – You have only allocated 40mb to WordPress

I can not help you until you have updated since Kleo 2.4.1 will not work correctly with those old versions of the plugin. If you still have the issues after updating, then I will help.

Re-download the theme from Themeforest. You will find the .zip archive under the main package downloaded from Themeforest under Plugins folder.
There is no plugins folder or anything related to visual composer for that matter in the theme file.

I cleared all the cached content, made a master flush within the server and still no luck. Do you have any idea as to what am I doing wrong here?

I tried on different browsers, different computers but still got the same result. I can not understand how you got another result. I tested the site with the same username I gave you, no change at all. What is different that you use and see than me in this case?

April 14, 2015 at 01:12 #54321sharmstrModeratorI dont know. That’s my point. Have you tried disabling all the extra plugins? Have you tried from different network? Have you looked for errors in your server log?
Just because you cleared the cdn, maybe the cdn that is serving files to your location didnt get cleared but the one serving my location did.
Its nearly impossible for me to guess what the problem is if I cant reproduce it on my side.
