Members can’t reply private message, accept friend request and upload profile photos

Members can’t reply private message, accept friend request and upload profile photos and  I don’t know why, sending private messages works but the members can’t be able to reply also sending friend request works but members can’t also be able to reply, please I need  help, I also installed the plugin called “mail poet” and the plugin is not working

Hello, please make sure you have all plugins updated, this could be also custom codes added to the theme, try to test with the main theme 🙂

Hello Radu, already you are logged in, so try to copy paste any admin URL in the navigation bar, eg: copy paste this:
http://incuti.com/wp-admin/users.php

I think your problem is caused by this file : http://incuti.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php the file it should be accesible returning blankpage or 0 in page, make sure that the file has permission for reading login to ftp and set for that file 755 permission, or these issues can be caused by some security plugin.
