    Hi,

I don’t know why,  but since today, the members count on the homepage is displaying only 1 members in total (0 women, 0 men).

Thanks in advance for your help!

    Hi,

I have been looking into this issue for you and I am struggling to find a cause. I’ve recounted your members a few times and set your permalinks to correct setting for BuddyPress.

What has changed on your site since the last time the value was working?

Please can you try disabling all plugins except for BuddyPress and Elementor, clear your cache via WP Admin > WP Engine and purge your browsers cache (Ctrl+F5) to see if this resolves the issue.

If it does enable them one by one, repeating the clearing of both caches each time until you find the plugin causing the issue.

    Hi,
I did what you told me and the pb still.
I don’t know the source of the problem, the changes we did are resumed in the tickets I opened here… nothing else.
    Thanks

    Hi,

It looks like there is an issue with a BuddyPress filter, when I replace bp_get_total_member_count() with bp_core_get_active_member_count() I get the correct members count. I have tested this locally and on your site and found that it works, however, I reverted the changes as you’re not using the SweetDate Child theme and changes should not be made to the parent theme.

I am going to refer this ticket to one of our developers for review. I do not think bp_get_total_member_count() has been deprecated but there may be implications with the BuddyPress 3.0 update in how this works. If this is the issue we will push out an update/fix for this.

Someone from the development team will be in touch with you as soon as they can, Monday to Friday, East European Time.

    Thanks,

    Kieran

    Hi,

Thank you very much. Which field name I have to enter to display the total members?

    Thanks.

    Hi
I just realize that when BudyPress addon for Paid Memberships Pro is enabled, the total members counter is equal to 1. When disabled, the counter shows the right amout of profiles…

    Hi

For this matter contact the pmpro team since they alter things to can restrict in buddypress.

The member stats should be empty on both fields and all members will be counted.

    Cheers
