Members Grid Distorted

Hi, from the beginning the Members Grid on the front page often becomes distorted with blank space in between the rows, is there anything I can do to prevent this, it makes the site landing page not look good. I’ve checked on Chrome and Firefox browsers and same distortion appears. Please see attached image example.

Hi, no it is not fixed, it goes fine again for a day or two, then the same thing happens, its been doing this since day one and no idea why.

Ok, you can see it now, as usual the same problem has returned, the Members Grid looks a mess and all I did was let on new members.
