I had multiple queries
Verification email related
a. The members who register newly are not getting verification email? I checked the spam folder and well as normal inbox, the email isn’t sent – am i missing any setting?
I have activated the mail chimp accountBuddy press forms related
b. How do I customise the information requested during registering? – I see forum replies mentioning from admin area but not sure how?
c. How do I add different search fields to the search form – guess that would be based on above queryOctober 13, 2014 at 14:42 #31567CatalinModeratorHello,
a. this is an issue regarding your mail server configuration not the theme functionability… please take a look at this plugin, it may help you solve your problem:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/
b. c. to add new fields, first you need to go to (Users > Profile fields)… you can add from here new fields based on your needs… to control what to show, you will have to go to (Sweetdate > Buddypress)… take a look at mu screen shots for more details.
Thank you,

When i send a test mail – via SMTP from the Settings->Email section, it gets sent; but there is no auto email sent when a user signs up
Not sure if i am missing some set up issue?October 20, 2014 at 14:40 #32216CatalinModeratorHi, this is not related to the theme since the mails are sent trough WordPress default functionality and it should be related to your server. Try to speak at your hosting to check emails and things like this

Have you solved this problem?
