Members Not Showing up on Front page

    Members show up on the home page if you are not logged in.   Even when I log in with my admin credentials they still show up….

     

    BUT..they do NOT show up  on the home page when I log in under a dummy account, please advise….thank you..

     

    I do not have any cache plugins and have no changes to the code etc
