Members Total Incorrect

Hi,

I have 17 members registered, but the ‘all members’ total is displaying that I have 11 members – see attached screenshot.

Could you please advise on how I can fix this?

Have you tried the following

Tools > BuddyPress > Tick ‘Count total members’ > Click ‘Repair Items’

Yes I tried that, it didn’t work, the total is still incorrect?

Just some thoughts..

Could they be registered but not yet logged in members?

Are you using a blocking plugin such as BP You are blocked https://wordpress.org/plugins/bp-you-are-blocked/ ?

Thanks that was the problem. Yes they were registered but hadn’t logged in… the totals count is increasing as the members log into their accounts.
