Hello Team,

It appears to be a bug or something I am not sure why when I click on  “View Membership Account ” as shown in the first screen shot, it takes me to the generic Pricing table(see screenshot 2). This is misleading the customers. How can I get rid of this issue?

I had another question about the Membership payments level. Is there a way to give customer a weekly trial and automatically charge them on the 8th day? The way the plugin is setup it appear they can only get charged after a month. Please let me know if you know if there’s a way.

Hello, it should be there, if not create it and place the shortcode 🙂
About the trial, you can have a level that has a 7 day trial, so after the trial it starts to charge

As for the trial period, I did setup a trial period for a day and after that it expires(check screenshot). Customers have to login again and select a membership again.

Can you please provide me with the settings that will charge them automatically after the 7th day? Please let me know.

The custom trial field goes by monthly subscription in this case it will be 17 months(check screenshot). This will not work.

They has to be a way to offer 7 days trial and charge customers automatically without having them manually select a plan again.

Hello, i know they have some snippets you could use but their forum is not public so i cant check it out, the only option would be to ask them or join their subscription
