Membership Account page like DEMO

Hello,

I would like to setup my membership account page exactly as in the KLEO demo (URL: http://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/membership-account/ – please check the attached snapshot as well).

What I do then is to follow the basic setup step for the Paid Membership Pro plugin (as described in the documentation), but what I get is the following:

When “free” users (not paying/subscribing to any PMP level at all) log into the website, they are automatically redirected to the http://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/membership-account/membership-levels page – I would like to be able to change the page where they are redirected. Even the “membership-account” page would be OK instead of “membership-levels”.

The “normal” users (not admins) have no access to the membership-account page, they are redirected to the membership-levels.

The admins can see the “membership-account” page, but this is not complete as in the demo (please check the second snapshot – I am missing a lot of data like membership fees, billing information, past invoices, etc).

Could you please advice?

I think the only way free members should be redirected to the levels page after login is if you have set a redirect to membership-account in Theme Options > Misc. The reason for this is because free members dont have an PMPro account yet and therefore membership-account is invalid. Log into your site and try to access membership-account and you’ll see that you’ll be redirected to levels. That’s a standard PMPro thing. Kleo is not controlling that.

For the page issue, invoices section will not display if no invoices have been generated for that user yet.

Are you running Kleo 3.0.4?

Thanks a lot for your reply, basically you solved almost all of my issues/doubts and now the “user flow” is clear.

I didn’t set anything specific before, but now that you pointed out the Theme Options > Misc section, I used this feature to redirect the user where I want.

About the membership-account page, now it’s almost OK but I just have one last small issue: I can see invoices, page and everything else, but I have question marks at the bottom of the page (please check attached screenshot) – what info am I missing?

(Yes I am using 3.0.4, that should be the latest right?)

Indeed, it is just the translation file that is reporting those question marks instead of the proper translation in Italian.
The original test (English) is “Members Links” (I don’t know exactly what Paid Membership Pro intend for that).

My last question now is just “how do I get the Billing information displayed in that page?”.

The Members Links give the members links to change their membership level and cancel their membership. See your first screenshot you attached.

The billing info will only show if they used a credit card during checkout and not paypal or a check.
