Membership issue Please fix it

Hi, this is my link there are 3 membership which we have created http://www.mobappssolutions.com/dating/my-account/membership-levels/

. there are many error and bugs to fix out in my website for membership . every time i have to need create one more level extra that are not shows on front end . and its goes to invisible one by one after some days .i dont know what’s wrong with that .

and another one issue that when we create a level and put a fix price after that when we select any package on front end then its goes only $11 in cart . so please fix this issue . but now its says Your cart is currently empty. .

Hi,

It seems that the issue with missing package it’s solved by setting the order for the packages from wp-admin -> theme options -> memberships ( see screenshot )

NOTE : do not update the woocommerce
