Membership Level restrictions not working on Pages

I want to restrict access to a ‘Page’ I created and have the membership level checked off, however when a member goes there it gets forwarded to the Home page. If a non-member goes there, it gets forwarded to the home page as well without any “Please login or members only” messages.

Is it because it’s not a ‘Post’ category? How do I apply the restriction to a ‘Page’ of the access level is checked off properly on the page?
