Membership levels

I was wondering how do i set the Membership Level page to display as in the Demo ?
(i installed the Demo Content but still no membership page design )

I meant for the whole page design as in the demo.
the heading text and the display where the free trial is in blue.
is it possible?

the shortcode do display a membership level offer – i have only 1 for now, but the page (membership levels)
is not like the design in the demo (heading text etc.).
anyway i designed the page myself for now.
