Membership Levels Page empty

Hello there!

I bought Kleo recently and it’s working awesome so far. Just one thing:

My site which should show my membership levels is just empty. And drop down menus aren’t working there anymore either. Could you please have a look? I currently have 3 testing levels but none of them is shown there…
