Membership Levels Table How can I add more options

Hi,

I would like to know if there is a way I can add more options to the the Membership Levels table that is shown once a person registers. Like this:

I would like to know how I can add more text like you did in your page.

Please let me know. Because I already went to Sweetdate -> Memberships but I can’t edit any text.

As well as:

WP-Admin -> Memberships and I didn’t find any options that would allow me to edit or add text.
