    I am obviously doing something wrong but none of the membership levels show on levels page. I tried putting the shortcode in direct but only first level then showed. I am lost. HELP/

    Hi, Try to do this IF you have more membership packages than one and is shown only one please go to wp-admin -> theme options -> memberships and set an order for these (see screenshot) – let me know if this will solve the issue with displaying packages. Add 0,1,2,3,4 Cheers R.
